We operate tourist information centers at major Tobu Railway stations: Asakusa, Ikebukuro, Tobu Nikko, and Kinugawa Onsen. With a spirit of hospitality, we aim to improve our services, especially for customers from overseas.

The Tobu Nikko and Kinugawa Onsen Station Tourist Center offers planning and sales of sightseeing products for the Nikko and Kinugawa areas. In addition, in cooperation with the Asakusa Branch, the Tobu Nikko and Kinugawa Onsen Station Tourist Center disseminates information that integrates the areas of origin (Asakusa) and destination (Nikko and Kinugawa), and strives daily to provide services that enhance customer convenience. In addition, we strengthen our relationship with the Nikko/Kinugawa area by selling tourism products and promoting the attraction of customers to the area.

Tobu Tourist Information Center Asakusa was established as the first "Visit Japan Information Center" in Tokyo. Staff members who can speak English, Chinese, Korean, and Thai guide visitors to sightseeing spots along the Tobu railway line, and also sell special tickets for foreign tourists. At the Tobu Tourist Information Center Ikebukuro, English- and Chinese-speaking staff provide information on sightseeing spots along the Tobu railway line and sell special tickets for foreign tourists. - Development of Land-Land Tourist Products
- We are strengthening cooperation with businesses that are making new efforts in the Nikko and Kinugawa areas to develop unprecedented high value-added travel products. We also play a central role in attracting inbound tourists to the area in cooperation with overseas travel agencies.
- Sightseeing ticket sales from vending machines
- For the convenience of visitors, the Tobu Nikko Station Tourist Center is equipped with ticket vending machines that accept cash, PASMO and other transportation system IC cards, and credit cards. The machines are also available in multiple languages, making it easy for foreign visitors to use.
- Luggage Storage Service
- Tobu Tourist Information Center Asakusa offers a temporary luggage storage service to support comfortable "empty-handed sightseeing" for our customers. We can store carry-on bags and other large items that do not fit in coin lockers.

- NIKKO PASS ALL AREA
- This is Tobu Railway's special ticket for foreign tourists who want to enjoy not only famous shrines and temples in Nikko but also a wide range of famous places such as Chuzenji Lake, Yumoto Onsen, Kinugawa Onsen, and Kirifuri Falls. The wide area covered by the bus's free section makes it easy to go from one place to another. Another great point is that you can also use the Chuzenjiko cruise and the Akechidaira ropeway, which allow you to enjoy the beautiful nature of Nikko, at a discount price. The validity period is 4 consecutive days.

- This is a special Tobu Railway ticket for foreign tourists that allows you to tour around the World Heritage sites in Nikko, where you can feel the long history and culture of the city at a discount. The pass allows visitors to enjoy a wide range of World Heritage sites, including Nikko Toshogu Shrine, which enshrines Tokugawa Ieyasu, the shogun who founded the Edo shogunate, as well as gorgeous sculptures that boast of the prosperity of the Tokugawa family. This is a Tobu Railway ticket for foreign tourists, which includes a discounted round-trip ticket between Ikebukuro Station and Kawagoe Station or Kawagoe-shi Station on the Tobu Tojo Line, and discounts and services at souvenir stores and restaurants.
Kawagoe is nicknamed "Koedo" (Little Edo) because of its "kura-zukuri" (warehouse) townscape, candy store alley, and the symbolic "Toki no Kane" (bell of time).
You can enjoy sightseeing in Kawagoe with even more fun and savings.
